Estimating
Our experienced estimating department will provide accurate and competitive proposals in a timely fashion. If alternates are allowed, Insolar can provide multiple options to meet project budgets.
When time allows, our estimators will attend prebid/walkthrough meetings to assess the complexity of the project to give you the best possible solution.
Our estimators attend our vendor partner’s training sessions on a yearly basis to be up to date on the ever changing landscape of window treatments.
Project Management
On time, on budget and done right the first time. This is what our team of Project Managers strives for on all projects, large or small. From the initial kick off meeting to field measurements to installation Insolar will take your put your mind to ease.
When problems arise, our Project Managers will assess the problem, notify you and give you solutions.
Shop Drawings / Submittals
When a project is awarded, Insolar’s in-house CAD department can provide shop drawings, head details and wiring diagrams customized to your project.
Submittals are provided in a timely manner.
Warranty / Repair
All projects installed by Insolar come with a 1 year warranty on the installation. Any problems or issues that arise within the first year, Insolar will respond in a timely manner.
Many times manufacturer warranties on fabric and components last longer than a year. Upon project completion Insolar will be happy to discuss options on maintenance programs or repairs on an occurrence basis which occur after the first year.
Administration
Insurance
Our insurance coverage levels are more than adequate for Division 12 projects. Our carriers are top rated and have the ability to provide certificate of liability insurance with the proper named / additional insureds and endorsements.
Pay Applications / Invoicing
Final and partial waivers of liens will be provided upon request.

Certified Payroll
With Insolar’s extensive installer network we can provide both Union and Non-Union labor for your project.
